Raven Holdings positively impacts the community, employees, and the culture of the businesses it acquires by maintaining and improving services to its customers and maintaining a local presence in the community. We donate money and services to local causes and charities. We work to expand our services, providing career enhancement for our employees and new jobs in the community. The culture we promote is one of honesty, ethical behavior, customer and community service.

Most of the businesses we buy are well known in their communities, and some even carry the owner's name in the business name. This means that the company is the legacy of the owner. Our Team

Ed Patriquin - Managing Partner

d has spent over 40 years in high-technology product development and management.  He is a Navy Nuclear Submarine veteran.  Leaving the Navy, Ed became interested in taught himself computer programming.  He started management positions starting early in his career and gained a reputation for delivering products to spec, on schedule and budget. 

Ed will focus on overall leadership, operations improvement and strategic direction new acquisitions.

David Raquet - Senior Partner

David has over 20 years Marketing and Sales experience primarily in semiconductor memory and products.  David has setup and enhanced sales direct, distribution and government sales.

 

David will focus on optimizing and expanding Marketing and Sales efforts.

Debbie Patriquin - CFO

Debbie has spent over 30 years in accounting, finance and management.  Debbie has worked as a Corporate Controller in private, public and non-profit organizations as well as a variety of industries from produce distribution to energy sector products to electronic subsystems.  She has excelled in developing and improving business systems as well as discovering financial irregularities (both inadvertent and purposeful).

 

Debbie will focus on financial oversight and business process improvement.

Sara Patriquin - Partner

Sara is an Army veteran.  He job experiences have ranged from Art to Automotive to Healthcare.  

 

She will focus on special projects, operations and Sales/Marketing improvements.
